The location was amazing, matching the online photos and descriptions. Communication was easy and proactive through email, app, and text. Service was great, and the amenities were modern and secure. The historical building had a perfect bathroom and a lovely view of a beautiful street with a small cafe. a fantastic stay.

We had a great stay at Raffaello Charmsuite. The staff was polite and cute, and we were impressed with the size and decor of our room. The location was ideal, close to various attractions and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Despite a small leak in the shower, it was quickly fixed. a pleasant experience.
